Email QR Code Generator

An email QR code opens a new draft message with your address already filled in, and optionally a subject line and body text. It removes the friction of typing an address from a poster or invoice, and it gives you a way to pre-label enquiries — a subject like "Quote request" makes filtering easy on your side. Enter the recipient address, add any default wording, and download a PNG for print or for the signature block of a document.

  1. Step 1. Enter the address that should receive the message.
  2. Step 2. Optionally add a subject line and starter message text.
  3. Step 3. Check the preview and download your PNG.
Does scanning send the email automatically?

No. It only opens a draft — the sender still has to press send.

Can I add more than one recipient?

Use a shared inbox address instead; multiple recipients are handled inconsistently across mail apps.

Why is my code so dense?

A long default message adds a lot of data. Shorten the body text to simplify the pattern.
