Check that the encoded content is correct and that the destination works as intended. QR-Quickly is not liable for costs or consequences arising from codes that were not tested before use.
QR code scanning depends on the device, camera, scanning app and environment. QR-Quickly does not guarantee that any generated code will scan successfully on every device or scanner. Follow the sizing, contrast and margin guidance provided, and test across more than one device where possible.
You may not use QR-Quickly for any unlawful purpose, or to encode content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harmful or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service or its infrastructure.
The QR-Quickly name, branding and website design are provided for your use of the service. The QR codes you generate from your own content belong to you. These terms do not grant you any rights to the QR-Quickly brand or website beyond using the service as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR-Quickly is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, and QR-Quickly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
